Protecting your data matters to us. Below we explain which data we process when you visit this website, for what purpose, and what rights you have. The basis is the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP); for visitors from the EU, the GDPR applies in addition.

Contact form

When you write to us via the contact form, your name, your contact detail, the selected topic and your message are sent to us by email. We use this information solely to answer your enquiry and do not pass it on for advertising purposes. Delivery is handled by the FormSubmit service, whose servers route your message. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up questions.

Hosting and server logs

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records technical data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and operating system. This data is necessary for secure operation, is not combined with other sources and is deleted after a short period.

Cookies

Running the website itself requires no advertising cookies. Your language choice and your decision on the privacy notice are stored locally in your browser (local storage) and are not transmitted to us. Analytics cookies are only set after you have explicitly agreed.

Google Analytics

If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited to analyse website usage statistically. Cookies are then set and usage data processed, including your IP address in shortened form. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no such cookies are set. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out.

You can change your decision at any time. This resets the stored settings and the notice appears again.

Fonts and icons

Fonts and icons are served from our own server. No connection to third-party servers is made and your IP address is not transmitted.

Your rights

Within the scope of applicable law, you have the right:

to request information about the data processed about you,
to have inaccurate data corrected or deleted,
to restrict or object to processing,
to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

An informal message to the contact address above is sufficient to exercise these rights.

Changes

We update this privacy policy whenever our services or the legal requirements change. The version published here always applies.
